Has anyone experience having cramps at 36 weeks pregnant? If so, what did you and your doctor do about it? Help me

Are you having Braxton-Hicks contractions? Those are generally painless but can take your breath away. They are very typical during your third trimester. At 36 weeks, you may be starting to go into early labor. You are essentially term, so I don't know if your doctor would try to stop your labor. Try drinking big glass of water and lay on you side for a bit and see if they ease up. As long as baby is still moving, you are not bleeding and your water is not broken, you are likely fine to wait a few hours to see what happens. Good Luck!
