Nasal congestion is a very commen problem in babies under 6 months . My baby had it till she was about 8 months old . Please do not give any medication for cold unless adviced by ur doc. Congestion is very uncomfortable for babies so i used saline nasal drops . 2 drops in one nostril before feeds helped. And for the next feed 2 drops in the other nostril . Use it twice a day . I did it a t night so she could breathe freely and feed properly to. We also use room heater to keep the room warm . Use a humidifier along with the heater . Or a simple bowl of water kept in room will help . This prob gets better with time . Dont worry . May the Almighty bless u and ur little one . Take care
