IM A NEW MOM!! ~my little girl 3 weeks old (today=D) eats a ton right now (breast feeding!) and were just having a little problem with spitting up, And because I cant just brush her mouth out is it okay to give her just a little water in a bottle? IF YES then how much and what temperature should it be?

No it is not ok. She is getting everything she needs from your bm even the gum cleaning part. if you need to, wet a cloth and wipe off her gums without making her gag. Babies spit up, that is what they do. If it is an alarming amount, talk with your pediatrician. Make sure not to bounce, or play with her to much after a feeding. Burp her well.

Congrats on being a new mom! :) No, no water until about 6 months unless recommended by doc. It is normal for babies to spit up....that is OK. To help make sure she is burping well and no drastic movements that might get her tummy going. But spitting up is pretty typical for all babies.
