My son is 4.5 months old and hes been a great night sleeper since 2 months. I wake him up at 8am every morning, first nap at 10:30m-11:30am ish, second nap at 2pm-4pm. His bedtime is supposed to be between 8 and 9pm. So between 4pm and 8pm, thats a long gap of time to be up but yet its not enough time for a third nap. He usually has a mini meltdown by 7 and falls asleep for a nap for about 20 minutes or so which completely ruins his bedtime. After he wakes up from that quick late nap, its like hes super pumped and ready to rock n roll for another 3 hours. Its so odd and I dont know what to do. Is it the 8am wake up time causing this? Should i wake him up around 7am instead to avoid all this late evening drama? Any input or advice would be appreciated.
