Can anyone help me with ideas on how to get my baby girl to have fluids? I'm scared to death of her getting dehydrated. I have the bug aswell so I can't go out anywhere. Please help!

The only fluids a 4 month old is really supposed to have is breast milk or formula. As long as she is feeding at appropriate intervals and the right amounts, she shouldn't need anything else. If you give her water, you run the risk of flushing electrolytes out of her system. Juice or anything else could mess with her digestive system and cause diarrhea, which could cause dehydration. If you absolutely must give her something other than breast milk or formula, call her doctor and ask about giving her Pedialyte.
