Hi everyone, I'm new to this so bare with me.... So, I am 4 months postpartum and I had a waterbirth at home. Everything went well. I did have back labor. So, I felt amazing and on cloud nine after my baby was born. Now I'm feeling alot of pain in my lower back, I have a chiropractor appointment tomorrow. My baby weighs 18lbs, yes I know he's big for 4 months. He's exclusively breastfed. Also I've recently been feeling down and I'm just forcing myself to get out of the house. I am a stay at home mom, my other son is 10 years old and an awesome big brother. Anyway, I guess my question is, is it normal to be getting this horrible lower back pain this late after having the baby, it almost feels like labor pains? And is it normal to barely start feeling down 4 months later? I was on cloud nine in the begining. Wonder if I should seek help or just continue getting out more.
