Go see your doctor he/she would be the only to know what is going on with your body.

You may want to take a pregnancy test as well. I found out I was pregnant with my second when my daughter was 5 months old. I was breastfeeding, hadn't introduced solids and hadn't had a period. It would explain the bathroom and sore breasts.....

As far as health issues, probably more likely your thyroid than diabetes. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism 9 mos after my son was born. The symptoms are dry skin / thirst, hair loss and fatigue, which coincide with the effects of motherhood and breast feeding so they're easy to miss. Good luck!

Not to alarm you but I agree with everyone else. The excessive thirst and going to the bathroom are a big concern. Should make an appt with your PCP as soon as possible and get a fasting glucose test.

Yes, However that was only one reading. (and to get an accurate reading you're supposed to wait an hour) An A1C would test your average sugar over the last 3 months, not just one meal. And it doesn't have to run in the family for you to get it. I have a friend who's daughter has diabetes and noone else in their family has it. All I was saying was that it sounds conserning. I'm just trying to give you ideas. It's worth a look into.

my mother in law has diabetes so i used her machine to check my blood sugar like 45 min after thanksgiving dinner and it was normal. so i dont think its that. plus it doesnt run in my family.

Well the tender breasts could be a sign of your period returning, or something hormonal. However the exessive thirst and urinating kind of sounds conserning. I would go to your doctor and have them do an A1C. You may have diabetes.
