4 weeks late and negative pregnancy tests !! Advice please

I am now almost 4 weeks late, and I have taken a million home pregnancy test all of which are negative! My periods are very regular! I have been to the doctor twice and still negatives, I have an appointment next week for a pelvic exam. My husband and I were trying to conceive and I'm pretty sure I am pregnant but I have no idea why I would be getting negative results, if I am pregnant I will be 7 weeks in 2 days. This is my third pregnancy and I have never had this problem before, I'm just really praying there is nothing wrong with the baby! If anybody else has ever had this problem some advice would be greatly appreciated :/ . I will post the results of the pelvic exam next week!

I was in a similar situation (no insurance) when I was pregnant with my son. My health department recommended a local OB who worked with women on Medicaid or who didn't have insurance, and he confirmed my pregnancy with an ultrasound. See if you can't get recommendations for OBs or family practitioners who would be willing to do an ultrasound or blood test for you for a nominal fee.

Some women don't have enough of the HCG hormone in their urine for months to detect pregnancy. If you haven't had a blood test done yet, it would be best to get one.

This is the second time my period has been very late had my tubes tied 2 1/2 yrs ago not pregnant.last time was 2months going on 46days .I have 3 boys so that puts on stress.I am married and we also have a soon to 6month old puppy. All stress factors how do I handle stress if that's what it is.

I know your post was a while ago, but I am wondering how it turned out!! I am 4 weeks late, and all negative pregnancy tests. I am never late for my period. I have had several symptoms, but still negative. Please let me know what you found out!

They told my mother in law she wasn't pregnant for months. So, it could be that it's just not showing up. Do ask again for a blood test if you think you are pregnant. I had three negative home tests when I had an ectopic pregnancy. Best of luck!

No I haven't done a blood test because I have no insurance, I have been going to the local health department for all my tests. I asked them for a blood test fter the first negative pregnancy test and They told me I have to do a pelvic exam as the next step and I don't know if they would do a blood test after that or not.
