I do not understand why this particular went off the US market. My child had her walker till she was 2 years old. My opinion is that it was safe for the child. Is there any manufacture that I could converse with? I know they are manufactured in other countries...LMK if anyone has any feedback on the above. Thanks to all the MOMS!

I dont understand why a 2yr old would need a walker. And like the others mentioned, try google. You will find lots of answers to why they are dangerous.

I'm wondering on that whole idea as well. Even mine, a late walker, was self mobile well before the age of 2...why would a kid need a walker until the age of 2?

As far as why this particular item went off the market...it's called a google search. Try it.

I also know at one point that walkers were also considered a danger and they were mostly pulled. Today you still can not find them many places and I am not sure how people get a hold of them. You might want to actually research safety issues before getting another one.

I was also wondering why a 2 year old was in a walker to begin with as by then they are ususally well into their own mobility.

Why was your child in a walker to 2 yrs old? At 2 yrs old they should be walking and running unassisted. To me that would be a great concern. As for the safety concerns with walkers there is a big list that you can get very easily by just doing a search on the web.
