my 5 year old daughter is still in pull ups during the night , i tried for two days to leave her in her undies but i have to wake her up every 2-3 hhours and it went well , on the third night i forgot to wake her up she peed and when i went to her and told her that she has peed ( get up to change the sheets , she turned around and continue sleeping ) , and then she did pee again in the same night and she turned around and slept when i woke her up to change the sheets . what can i do ? shall i continue waking her up and stay in her undies although she pees 2 times or three times ? or get her back to pull ups ?

please help me i am confused .

thank you

There are not many kids out there that are fully trained at night at the age of 5. I have a son who is 5 who is still in diapers at night.

Unless you want to keep having to wake her and change the sheets, I would continue to use pull ups until you see that she has nights where she is dry. Some kids wet at night until they are 8 or 9. It's normal as children's bladders are small and a lot of children are heavy sleepers.

Yes cut the drinks down thats what i did and it works. But you still can get her up and let her go to the bathroom.

how much do you give her to drink at night before bedtime? Cut off drinks after a certain time like 7pm etc..
