Snacks; raw fruits, raw veggies, cheese, celery with cheese or peanut butter or just crackers. So many things. For dinners; spaghetti, ravioli, chicken nuggets, grilled cheese or pizza made by you and the children. All quick easy stuff. Hope I helped.
