6 month old naps

My daughter usually takes 2-3 naps every day. She is six months old. She sleeps from 6:30/7 at night until about 6 am and wakes once at about 11:30 to nurse. My question is relating to her daytime naps. They can vary depending on how long they are. For example, some days she wakes at 6, naps at 8:30-9:30, 12-1, and 3:30-4/4:30 and other days she naps from 9-10:30, 1:30-3 (these days with a nap ending earlier, her bedtime gets moved up to about 6:30). She is still sleeping well at night, so is it ok that her daytime naps can be so different some days?

Also, there are days when her afternoon nap is early and ends at 2:30 and she is ready for another nap at 5, but I am worried that this nap would interfere with bedtime, so I usually keep her up until 6 and put her to bed early. She gets a bit cranky and tired, but I don't want to give her a third nap that will make going to sleep at night harder. any advice??
