Hi there! My LO just turned 6 months and is still taking 4 naps a day! His first nap is usually an hour after he wakes up (he sleeps from 7pm right through to 6-6:30am....with the very rare 5-5:30am wake up for a bottle)

His naps usually only last 30-40 minutes, so he is a power napper, and gets tired after about 1hr 15 mins....

Anyone else have a power napper on their hands? Any advice out there on how to get LO to nap longer? (We use black out curtains, white noise and sleep sack as sleep cues)

I've had 3 kids and 2 of them were never-sleepers LOL All little bubs have their own sleep patterns. If you wish to increase the time between sleeps (and the sleeping/resting time), you could do some busy play, like zooming him around like an aeroplane, etc. That will keep him awake longer, hence, he should sleep longer. Maybe start that sort of play after an hour or before he starts getting grumpy and tired. Hope this helps a little.
