Sometimes he gets purple swollen feet randomly through the day. Doctor says he's cold but he feels warm and his feet are warm when this happens. He has an innocent murmur the dr failed to mention at the cardio apt yesterday that i noticed on our paperwork they sent home. He also read low 88%-91% oxygen levels twice on one machine and was told its just the machine since his echo came back ok. Is this normal? Anyone else with this problem because no on in our families has seen this before.

I would be finding myself another doctor who is willing to communicate better than your current one. Somethings amiss. Also, you can request to see a specialist.

Thanks ladies were going in tomorrow to get his oxygen levels again. Deep down I just feel this isn't normal. They say its because his cold even tho he feels warm and I keep socks on him all the time because they think that but they don't help at all.

Purple swollen feet is a sign of poor circulation. Normally (in an adult or older child) you would keep their feet elevated above their heart for a while. I don't think this is normal in a baby. I would def. get a second opinion. Hope everything is OK. Keep looking for answers.

i would try to keep socks on his feet, socks that are kind of snug (not too tight) that would help to keep the blood circulating (kind of like TED hose) but i would call the cardiologist and ask them for a repeat visit! or maybe get a second opinon
