If ur a kids person you could do an inhome daycare .. Where I live the rate is about 40 to 50 dollars a day per child up to 5 children a day .. And if u take a night child u can charge around 80 dollars a night ... It's good if u have ece it's not needed tho.. Experience with children a clean record getting CPR and a clean driving record will also go along way

That really sucks. On the news they talk so good about Australia minimum wage lol but of course they don't say all that now. Thank you

A house where I am is around $450-$500 a week! that doesn't include any bills so you have to pay for water usage, power, gas and phone on top of that. Even a 2 bed apartment is around $400 a week.
Yes our minimum wage is higher but our food, utilities and living costs are higher as well.

Oh thank you I was wrong . In January in New York State minimum wage goes up to $9 an hour. I live in upstate NY and for a nice apartment say a 2 bedroom with heat and hot water included it's around $800 and up. a whole house about $1200 just water included if renting.

We have had a recession, just not the last time the US did. The 80's hit hard.
Just like Jodi said, we pay a lot more for housing and food here. Especially on the west coast where I am.

I want to go to Australia and work. I read that they have never had a recession.

Here's a thought... A JOB!!!

Of course, in order to net $600 a week, you'll have to gross $18 an hour, which takes you into the 'skilled' set...do you have skills? If not, apply at a convenience store or fast food joint and get started. Don't expect $600 a week to start though

Good luck with that. Get a job but it's very unlikely you'll be getting $600 a week.

Get a job but I doubt much unless you have some sort of experience or skills set or a degree that you will find much that is going to give you 600 a week and you are not thinking about taxes depending on where you live.
