7 month old daughter won't stick to a nap schedule or nap in crib...I'm losing it

My 7 month old daughter has never been a good napper, but sleeps in her crib at night perfectly. For naps, she either needs to be held or naps in her bouncer. Both of which are not good options because I have an active 2 year old running around the house. I've tried pacifiers, CIO, putting her
down while she awake, rocking her till she's asleep then putting her down, but she always wakes up the minute I close the door. She has a sound machine in her room, but I think she could take it or leave it. I'm really at the end of my rope. Between juggling a baby and toddler schedule and trying to get things done around the house, nothing gets done. She is teething at the moment, but like I said, she's never napped well. Please help me.

There may not be much more that you can do is you have done all the rest. My daughter has a 2 year old and a 4 month old. And her 2 is the one that is difficult to get to sleep for naps/bedtime. She just has to get inventive. And under a year, they are constantly changing up their sleep patterns anyway. You just may have to wait it out.
