I don't call myself aspecialist but when my two girls were 8 months old I already had them in a routine of going to sleep at 9pm and they slept until 830 9am Nothing wrong with that. In the night they would wake up around 4am so I gave them an 8oz bottle theyd drink it and fall right back to sleep. During the day I have them nap from 1 130 until 430 I added the gerber apple/mango cereal to 5oz of formula I gave this just before bedtime and they went to bed full. You can add even some of the different flavors that come with the NAKED drink. These drinkls have no sugar added. My girls love the blueberry, mango and apple greens Our Gracee is and was a big drinker and eater. Don't worry I shared what I give with my Pediatric and she said it was fine. My babies are healthy great weight for their age growing well and only got sick once. I add aplle sauce to the green vegetables they don't like just so they get their greens. Before one I added the gerber food slowly to my food so theyd make the adjustment. Maybe this can help you as it did me. Call your pediatric if you ever question what you're doing Mine is awesome she always answers my questions.
