8 Month old still feeding at 2-3 times/night...

My 8 month old daughter was breastfed until 7 months though would drink via bottle... after pumping for 7 months my supply pretty much ran out; so I switched to formula. She started solids but is very resistent still... I can get her to take a few bites but just not that into it yet. She wakes up at pretty much the same time every night and will drink a full 4-6 ounces, whatever I make for her... I'm wondering if anyone else is still going through this? Is it more habit or hunger? Any tips/advice? She goes to sleep at 7, eats at 10, 12:30 & 3:30 then wakes up around 6:30 and eats again... I heard to give water instead of milk or the controlled cry? Any thoughts/suggestions are welcome... we are exhausted:(

I know that when my son was this age we would put rice cereal in his bottle.... that would help him get through the night.
We would even cut the nipples of the bottle because it would be pretty thick.
He was waking up because of hunger though, not habit. Not sure if this will help but it did help us! Good luck!
