My son is 8, about 4`2 and 48lbs. His dad is 6`4 and about 200lbs, me(mom) 5`2 100lbs, his sister who is 6 is about 3`8 and 45 lbs. My son has ADHD, is on meds and has not had any weight lost, he wants to play sports(mainly football) but he's too small(a stick without any meat basically). How can I put weight on him without breaking the bank or shoving weird food at him? He's a picky eater but when he does eat it just adds to his energy, not his weight.
