Is he urinating, saliva in his mouth, tears when he cries. If not these are signs he is dehydrated and needs to get to the hospital immediately. Is he having bowel movements regularly? Is he losing weight? Is he lethargic (not active)?

If any of the above is an issue get him to the hospital ASAP.

While, we all go through bouts of not feeling well and not eating, some times it is a cold, a virus or teething which is not a cause in and of it self to be worried, but the affects of not eating as above are concerns.

Wow yeah that really isn't a lot at all. You should take him in to the hospital/doctors to see if there's anything wrong because he should be eating more. Only they can really tell you whats going on and what to do about it.

Its ok to give them solids at night just not too much because you dont want to give them a heavy stomach before bed. Still call your doctor right now or take your baby into the hospital today.

How is he/she with baby food? Because one thing is, they could be hungry for real food rather than filling up on fluids.
Other than that I wouldn't be too sure what's going on.
