Hello! I'm new to this site so I'm not sure if this is the place to post, but I was wondering if anyone has any advice using the No Cry Sleep solution? Or another method? I'll be brief (hopefully): our daughter sleeps great once ahe falls asleep at night but struggles to take naps in daycare or at home. I nurse her to sleep at night and for naps on weekends, so I'm trying to move away from nursing to sleep so we can incorporate different sleep associations (other than nursing). I know she needs the naps because she is a much happier baby when she gets them. Once she's a sleep at night she (typically) sleeps through the night. #1. Do I incorporate all of the suggestions at once (I.e: lovey, key words and gentle removal plan) or do I use each one for a few days (or 10 days as seems the typical book time frame) then incorporate the next "phase"? #2 I haven't read the whole boom yet, but do I essentially use this same process for naps as well? Any advice would be much appreciated! Michelle

i haven't read that solution but my guess would be to overlap things so when your breast feeding her to sleep you would do the combination of things that you choose like sensory things music words…and maybe you'd start with one and add more so you could see which ones she likes best and then lengthen the time between lying down with the new sensations and the feed. so that eventually she will have fallen asleep by the time the feed comes. i am honestly not familiar with the bookt hough thats just my thought. any books ihad always needed personal adjustment for what worked for us anyway. :)
