Most medical alerts require that the wearer push a button worn on the wrist or neck, and then talk with the medically trained call center responder to explain the emergency, and what's needed.
WHAT IF the child is IN an epileptic seizure and cannot talk? many responders will simply hang up because no voice responds. NOT OURS! Our system responders can be told - UP FRONT - that if a button is pushed, and the child does not answer the call center responder, do NOT wait or hang up - call an ambulance or loved ones to go to the proper address to help!
This could potentially be a life-saving difference.
