i work full time, im a part time student and a full time mommy of 2 beautiful babies. i breastfed my daughter exclusivly until she was able to eat solids and continued to breastfeed until she was 25 months. i was only working part time and didnt go to school then. im trying to keep my supply up by pumping at work but im just not making enough. im under alot of stress and im thinking it has to do with that but are there any tricks i can use to make more milk so i can have a little stock pile for during the day?

Try lots of skin to skin when you are with baby. also bring a picture of baby with to work, that triggered my let down. Stay hydrated and let baby nurse long and often when you are together.
Finally, if you can't keep up, don't beat yourself up! You have done baby a great service by feeding as long as you have. If you supplement with formula, baby will be just fine!
