I’m 16 weeks pregnant with my second child, at 8 weeks I notice my labia major is very swollen, bumbling and hard but with no pain I told my doctor about it during my obgy visit and he said it is the pregnancy hormones and will go away, it eventually did and I feel better, I had a pap smear at 12 weeks and it came back abnormal my doctor wants me to come back for another test, and the truth is I am really worried, it took me a long time to get pregnant and I don’t want anything to happen to this baby, has anyone have an abnormal pap smear during pregnancy or a fellow up test, that was the outcome, what does it really mean for a pregnant woman?

It shouldn't pose any danger to your baby. They may perform a colposcopy during the pregnancy but more than likely any further treatment may be delayed till after the baby is born. Rember the pap smear is just used as a tool it isn't an actual diagnosis of anything.
