we had the meeting at the children school and 2 girls had said something so now she said that she was going to have a discussion with the mom and they are going to get a school councilor but the kids just called here to talk to the dad and they both were crying and telling us they want to be here

OK, so you haven't reported it to any real authorities. The children's aid can't report based on hearsay (which is third hand information - namely a report from you). You need to arrange the CHILDREN to talk to someone. As I said, a counsellor or psychologist is required to report any incident they believe is abuse, and if the children talk to them about their experiences, that is an incidence of disclosure, enough to report it to Child Protection.

Who did you report to? Maybe you could try getting the kids a counsellor so they can discuss it with the counsellor who will then be obligated to place a report also.

the kids are 11-9-8-7 the 8 year old girl asked her mom for a drink before bed and her mom hit her 4 times in the arm and threw her in the counter and then took her arm and tossed her to the floor one sister will tell her mom to stop hitting and then the mother turns around and hits the other girl for sticking up for the sister it is a real big mess and we have reported everything and it seems like no one wants to do anything about it I have recorded everything I got everything written down like paper after paper

my fiancé has tried everything for the children and it seems like nothing is turning out the teachers and principles do not want to listen and his ex lies about everything sorry for venting but I am just getting really ticked bc I feel for the kids plus they both have joint custody

Your ex can motion the court for full custody with supervised visitation for his ex.
