This is more than an issue of having been bullied at football. Something else has gone on. He is displaying all the signs of an abused child, both sexually and physically. There is something more that has gone on.

You need to get this boy out of your home, for starters, as he should never be allowed near his siblings. He needs to continue to seek help. But he cannot be in your home near your children. And if he is physically assaulting people, have him arrested.

Why is this adult even allowed near children? If he sexually assaulted siblings four years ago, he was 15 at the time. Was he sexually abused as a child? The police are not the one's to decide the punishment for a crime. The is up to the judge who presides over a case.

I think it was learned at school in a football program with a lot of a bullying problems on and off the field. We had to remove him as the school did nothing even as when he threatened the bullies physical harm. I worked with police, they have a wierd and backwards rural attitude here! I have seen serial sex offenders here get only probation!

How old is he? If this is your son, I just want to point out that violence and abusive behaviour is often a LEARNED behaviour and doesn't just happen overnight. So what happened in his life for him to be like this?

If there are broken ribs and sexual abuse, etc, why have the police not been called? Sorry, but that's criminal.
