My sons father has acces through a court order, which i'm happy about. However on one particular day my son tells me he has to go to his dads work or gets dropped off with unsuitable people, which he doesn't enjoy. This is simply because on this day his dad works and doesn't have the time for him but refuses to give this day up. My son could be spending the day doing swimming lessons and find this very selfish of his dad from preventing this. Can i stop access on this day?

I would stay safe and still allow him to go. I'm not sure if you would be breaking the order, I would say probably though. It would look bad on you. Just put up with it and hang in there for another month. That's all you can really do......

Exactly, we go back to court in november for the final hearing. I was just wondering in the meantime could i have my son myself on this particular day or would this be breaking the court order?

You will have to go to court and file a complaint. If he is taking your son and then not even spending time with him, what's the point???
