MOST HELPFUL POSTS

Most online stores will have a size chart. You can use your baby's weight and/or length to figure out what size they need.
4T clothing is designed to fit an average sized four year old toddler. I've been told that the T means means the style is cut to allow for a diaper. A size 4 is supposedly cut without that extra allowance. I've never really noticed a difference though.
10 months is a difficult size to fit in North American sizing. Not many clothing companies make a size 9 Months any more, and there is a big jump between size 6 Months and 12 Months. Most people size up.
Don't go by the age though. I find that the length is the most reliable way to check using the size chart for the store.
