ADHD and Impulsivity issues

My 9 year old was diagnosed with ADHD Inattentive in Kindergarten towards the end of the year and after taking her to a doctor, we started her on medications and it took it while to find one to work for her. Long story short, while in 3rd grade we began taking Quillavant and it's worked great. However, after going to a new ADHD doctor we've been educated that certain meds only help certain aspects of ADHD. She also has big issues with easily getting angered and saying mean things to people sometime, which has caused her a lot of problems with getting and maintaining friendships and coaches she has in sports. She was put on Tenex, but it doesn't seem to help in all anger situations....anyone else have a child with behavior problems other than just focusing and what do you do? Should we seek a therapist? Thanks for any info

Have her checked for bi-polar condition. Most people with ADHD don't show extreme aggression. T M E
