What If i contact these in child support and they are like
that I should give my son to the father?-----Child support issues and visitation issues are taken as separate things. They have nothing to do with visitation though if the father decided he wanted to be a part of his child's life he could go to court for it.

That's what am afraid of! I have struggled with my son since I gv birth to him , how can I just give him to the father?------You need to get to court and get custody, visitation and child support done up legally.

Why would they do that? Have you had issues with drug abuse? Problems where children's aid was concerned? Health problems with the child that are not taken care of? Certainly visitation will be part of it (as it should be with or without paying support) as a father has a right to a relationship with his child. But unless there are issues, or you have been guilty of parental alienation judges don't take children from their custodial parent for no reason.

I am so sorry to hear what you are going through. Like you already stated there is your child that is affected by this situation which makes it a lot harder to deal with. Have you thought about getting some legal assistance? It really sounds like you need a third party that can intervene. Here is a resource I think will help you.

If he has not petitioned for visitation, the why are you worried about that now? He is legally obligated to financially support his child whether or not he ever parents. However, not having a relationship with is dad is not ideal either.

Thinking of you during this difficult season. Just take it one day at a time. Sometimes I have to take 5 minutes at a time. It is hard raising children single or not these days. Parenthood is just tough but can be very rewarding as you lean into each other for strength. Family is important! Do not be afraid to reach out. This website is a great source to regain strength and insight! http://bit.ly/29XIXgB

Yeah, why have you not done child support? You just can not sit back and hope he does something.

Why haven't you filed for child support? Is it not available where you live?
