I'm 32 weeks pregnant and I've been having cramps in my lower back that move into my belly for the past 2 days. They are an irregular amount of time apart but have been moving closer together and each cramp lasts about the same time (around 30ish seconds). They are pretty uncomfortable and nothing stops them (I have tried changing positions, taking a warm bath, heating pd, resting, etc.) Should I go get seen or am I over reacting?

They are most likely Braxton hicks contractions! They are basically contractions that get you prepared for your actual labor. I would Google it to learn more and compare it to see if that's what it is
