I'm with Michelle. The vagina was made to have babies. I've never had a problem with intimacy after childbirth. Not physically. Sometimes, it may be emotionally difficult because of total exhaustion, but that's being a parent in general, nothing to do with how you give birth.
There are risks with any surgery, so c-sections carry more risks than natural births, for both mother and baby. I would choose natural over a c-section any day.

Well the vagina is made to deliver babies.
You need to do a bit more research if you believe that a c section can cause a heart attack.
My advice would be natural over a c section just because of the recovery time. I have had 3 naturally and there is no problem with intimacy at all.
