after adenoids are removed is there a chance of coming back again?

The best thing for your childs health is to have the adenoids removed. The chances of them growing back are slim, from all the people I know that have had their own or their childs adenoids removed (and there's alot), my son is the only one who's have grown back and the only reason we know this is because he has sleep apenea and I've had god knows how many appointments to assess that as well as consultations with surgeons and behavioural specialists.

Yes they can definately grow back. My son had his adenoids removed Oct last year when he was 3 1/2 he is now on a waiting list to have them removed again as they have grown back.
I don't think it's that common, we were just unlucky

Yes, they can grow back, but it isn't overly common, and if they do, they often don't need removing again. Apparently the younger they are when they have them removed, the higher the likelihood.
