could be your normal 'juices' just aren't flowing yet;7 weeks u would have just stopped bleeding lochia recently I'm guessing.give it a few more times & it gets better

Just because the doctor said you can have sex doesn't mean that you have to. Your body is still healing on the inside so take it slow. Also, there are other reason that this could be the case, such as your uterus has dropped and he's hitting it, your ligaments are still healing and are stretching, your pelvic floor muscles are still healing, etc. I'm not a doctor but I hope this helps with your question, but if it keeps hurting then let your doctor know and they may be able to help you out or may suggest taking it slow still. As for me after my second child, it took months to feel somewhat normal again. Keep working on your kegal exercises and it will be really help you in the long run.
