So it's been 4 months since my little love was born. Well during pregnancy none of my hair would fall out. Now lots of hair comes out When I shower, comb, or just run my hands through my hair. Is his just me or does this happen to everyone after pregnancy.

Its totally normal for this to happen, dont freak out your not losing your hair lol!!(thats what I thought!) It seems that you hold onto more of your hair while you are pregnant then once baby is born you go back to losing it again except you have all that extra hair you kept that you lose too so it seems to be a lots at once, my hairdresser assured me this is normal and seems to last for longer when your breastfeeding. I had to vacuum my bathroom everyday just to get rid of the hair. I found that wearing it up all day helps with the lose and try not to over brush your hair as well oh and congrats on your little one!!

This is normal, whilst you are pregnant the hair follicules get more blood to them making your hair thicker and stronger. When you have had the baby, normal blood flow is resumed and your hair will go back as it was before. Nothing to worry about.

Completely normal. The pregnancy hormones cause the hair to go into a hibernation of sorts during pregnancy. After they stop once you're not pregnant your hair "catches up" in a sense. You basically just lose what you should have lost during those 9 months. I lost handfuls of hair from about 6weeks to 9 months postpartum, then it evens out and starts to regrow again.

That's pretty normal. Keep taking your prenatal vitamins and it helps a little..not a lot, but a little because it helps rebuild your storage of nutrients.
