Because it is shame to have a husband like mine .if your husband sexually abuse your daughter when your kids had unsupervised contact than will you allow him to have a contact with your children .the case was dropped by cps because my daughter has a learning difficulty .she had blood in uriine and she told papa hurt him .no one believed my daughter because she had uriine infections on and often .she has no urine infection since the contact had stopped .both my children are so scared if they see Any one like him in the roads .he used to record every single contact he had with them .but only that day he recorded the contact for 3 hrs not 5 hrs as the contact was 5 hrs and the reason he give was I needed to charge my iPhone .everyone believed him and both my children who told papa had tickled my daughter which hurt her .she also showed with her hands but it was not believed

I find it funny that you say "only mothers can understand their children"...When the kids have 2 parents, and each parent generally "understands" their children...

And I think my husband, as well as many other fathers out there would take extreme offense at your implication that they don't understand their children.

What's wrong with having supervised visitation again? You didn't address that.

This is Circle of Mums. Yes, I am a mother. I wasn't suggesting he had to change, but supervised contact means he can't hurt them, but they can still have contact with him. However, if you tried it, and he was not interacting with them appropriately, then clearly you have enough evidence that he can't have contact with his children. This isn't about fathers having too many rights, this is about the fact that you had children with an idiot. All fathers deserve the right to fight to see their children, in the same way mothers deserve this right.

Your original post said ".farther right are so much in this country that they forget about the wishes of the children" and yet you are saying the children WANT to meet him. Are you not also forgetting the wishes of the children?
