My daughter is 14 months old and is not walking yet. She pulls up and walks along everything including walls. She walks with her push toys and while holding onto our hands but will not stand alone or walk. Should I worry?

It's all normal show's she is feeling more safe as she explore's her feet keep helping her walking an encouraging her it won't belong at all before she start's to get the hang of things.. She will soon fond the confidence to walk alone.

Thanks for the positive advice! My sister is threatening to make her wear a sign by the street that says, "I can practically read but I refuse to walk." hehehe!

I don't think you should start to worry just yet. I've read anywhere between 9 months to 24 months. Some just develop later when it comes to walking on there own. But what you've mentioned so far about her pulling up and walks along everything sounds about right. She's on par and its the beginning stages just before she takes her first few steps by herself. That's how my son started out. He was 12 months when he took his first steps. Before you know it she will put on a show for you and push herself up off the floor and stand up by herself, and then plonk down again. I think maybe if she's closer to her 2nd birthday and still not standing alone or walking take her to the doc. Best of luck to you and the little Lady! Keep us posted!
