I just found out yesterday that my 9 month old son Jaxon has an allergy to eggs, peanut, shrimp, soybean, cow's milk, wheat, walnut. All of his baby snacks has some form of wheat so I tossed those. I'm just not really sure where to start. Almost everything that we consume has something from the list above. Help please!!

You may have to spend more time making foods for your child from scratch and not relying on prepackaged foods. Many times, when the child is still young, some tiny continued exposure to foods they are allergic to can help them overcome the allergy, but you really want to be in close contact with your doctor on this to prevent any kind of severe reaction. You don't want to take chances with your child's health.

I am sorry to hear he has all the allergies you listed. But this is an international site and none of us here are doctors or nutritionists and can tell you what you need to do. You should have had a list sent home with you from doctor or he should have sent you to a nutritionist to help you find out what you can do.
