Almost 3month old gagging choking and puking out nose and mouth?

She has had her Piloris stenosis checked. Her weight continues to increase. Her lungs always sound good. Always has good temp. Recently she has come up with this cough. A coupple of times the cough has made her vomit. She gags much more with the coughing. Sometimes she chokes then sucks in and tries to get a breath. She's been to her doctor pretty much once a week since she was about 3 weeks old. They don't understand that this is not spit up. It shoots out her nose and mouth. Se can't breath. She chokes. Her face turns purpleish. (this is not when she is coughing). She pukes soo much it soaks the entire front of my two shirts, my pants, my underwear, my pillowcase, my pillow, our sheets, our mattress, on our floor and my poor baby is drenched from head to toe. None of this seems normal. I've tried gas medicine. Stuff for acid reflux which she pukes up. Any advise? Any one had these experiences? Please help!

My opinion is I think it could be the milk ? Probably allergic to it ? My daughter threw up a couple of times through her nose and mouth and it really scared me and my husband , try to change the nipple from the bottle , that's what I did .
