Almost 6 Month Old baby girl doesn't sleep through the night anymore

My Baby girl will 6 months in just 10 days. From the time she was 2 months old she's slept through the night. Then suddenly at 5 months old she started waking up every two hours or so. We give her cereal in her bottle every night at bedtime, and when she wakes up she'll sip on a bottle for about an ounce but then goes right back to sleep. But if I try to lay her back in her crib she wakes up again. I've been fighting the lack of sleep for what feels like forever. And I'm so very tired. How do I get her to sleep through the night again?

Hello, my daughter was the exact same at that age, what i found that helped me the most was making sure she was completely full after dinner, nice warm bath a bottle & then straight to bed. Whilst feeding on her bottle i sat in a dark room so nothing could distract her.
After that she got use to the idea of falling being in a dark room so she would sleep easier. she's now 19months old i also have a 3 year old son. from birth i always sat in a dark room come bedtime. They now sleep right through & im able to turn off the light & shut the door whilst they're still awake & have no trouble at all.
