If someone picks up my toddler and holds het under her bare tops of her legs should i be worried. If some one else blows raspberries on her bare belly. If another person strokes her lips should i worry? Whats ok and whats not from friends and famuly members?

Hi thank you for your comment. I just feel uncomfortable if someone touches her bare skin especially while shes on their laps when they hold under her bare thigh. As when shes on my lap i just hold her on her waist or arms round her. I dont hold her under her bare legs. I feel like i want to protect her her but i dont say anything in case im being over the top. I dont know why people seem to stroke her lips as well as shes nearly two and not a baby. I just dont know if thats ok for people to do that ie family and friends. Not about germs but if its ok for a child to be touched like that. Thanks

Well...technically, what's okay is whatever you deem is okay.
But I think you're overreacting. It's one thing with a newborn, before they have the immunities and whatnot and illnesses more dangerous. But you say your child is a toddler. What's the harm in touching her legs or blowing raspberries on her tummy?
Touching her lips can be an issue because of germs and illnesses so that would be reasonable to ask them to not do.

What exactly are you worried about? Is this a fear in regards to molestation and inappropriate touching? Germs? Something else?
