She is 14 months old & weighs 23lbs.
This is a typical meal plan for her:
8am: 1 waffle with a banana or a bowl of oatmeal with a sippy of milk
12pm: PB sandwich (whole sandwich), 5-6 cheetos, handful of fruit w/ water or juice
3pm snack: 4 peanut butter crackers w/ water
530 dinner: 4 chicken nuggets, green beans & a fruit w/ water (sometimes 4 mini oreos for dessert)
700pm: full sippy of milk
