If I were you I would get a separate bank account for your job to deposit money there so that you and your daughter can make a break for it safely. Best of luck.

Yes, Im told I should get out because of the emotional &mental abuse. I've never felt so helpless &afraid. Am I a bad person for wanting the best for my daughter &keeping myself part of this "relationship" for my daughter since he can b a good dad

Yes and no. Yes because you will have more money to support your daughter with and no because depending on how far you leave you won't be there.

Have you gone to court or warned the police about this? I know it is not for real yet but this is life threatening. Poor baby! She must be confused and worried. If you do leave move far away and change your name or whatever you have to do to make sure he cannot find you.

our daughter will be 2 in April. I just started my own business in a company and he doesn't support it or he says he does but his actions prove differently most of the time. I've tried to leave before &came back because he said he'd take our daughter from me &he's commit suicide if I left for good. I'm worried because now my daughter seems to be affected

No you aren't. He is the father and should help out a bit. If this keeps going on you might need to break up. Maybe you to weren't meant to be. Someday he will help but right now he is confused and does not know what to do. How old is your daughter? I hate telling people they might have to split but it is normally for the best. Again wait a while and make him interested in being a father and maybe he will support more.
