I'm 7 weeks postpartum this Saturday. I've had sex as with my fiance a couple times before 6 weeks postpartum and we used a condom every time. After we had sex 3 days ago I started spotting and I thought it was my first period. The bleeding stopped but then it started again .. Still spotting a little bit. There's no pain at all I'm just a little bit nausaus and dizzy. Could I be pregnant ????

Condoms are not 100% effective, even if they do not break.
That said, there is no way for us to know if you are, or are not, pregnant. It can take months for a woman's period to return to normal after birth. Some women experience spotting for several months, others experience no period at all for several months, others have very heavy, long lasting periods, while others go back to their normal cycle almost immediately.

If you are breastfeeding, it can interfere with the results of a urine test. Go to your doctor and have a blood test done. This soon after giving birth, there is really no way to tell whether you are pregnant or not based on your menstruation.

There is a reliable way to find out...either do a home test or go to the doctor for a blood test. Granted you'd be very early on and a home test may be negative. If you used condoms consistently, I think you can believe you are not pregnant. No method of BC is foolproof but if you've been careful, it could all be hormonal shifts.

Its so weird and confusing. We used condom every time and never broke. I just have that weird paranoid gut feeling that I'm pregnant...but condom never broke all thoughts times.. So how would I be pregnant?? I'm confused..

Maybe, but it is also possible that you are just leveling out hormonally after giving birth. Nursing can affect your cycles as well.
