I teach childbirth classes, and I had a client that had a successful VBA3C. (Vaginal birth after 3 cesareans). So not only can you have another, you can have one vaginal. After a successful VBAC, you can have as many kids as you want, usually!

How far apart were your sections? Why were you told this? Did you have complications during surgery? Why did you have caesareans? I am asking these questions in order to give you a better response. I need more knowledge. In regards to the fluttering, I have also have 3 sections. I am not pregnant but still experience odd sensations. Unless you are pregnant (which is unlikely due to the test you took) you need to remind yourself that you have have 3 major abdominal surgeries and your organs may be slightly damaged and slightly positioned differently now and may make you feel different. I have these issues.
