My daughter is 19 and she will not help me pay bills all she wants to do is go out and come home when she's ready . When she does come home she disrespects me and my husband verbally and her younger siblings watch her and are starting to do the same thing.what should I do? How do I get her out my house?

Change the locks?

But honestly, give her an ultimatum. Set a date by which she has to be out, and give her a choice to draw up an agreement as to her responsibilities as an adult in your home (which includes attitude), or to move out by the set date.

If she agree to the agreement, make sure there is a clause in the the agreement that if she reneges on her end, she will be given two week's notice to move out and hand over the keys.

If she doesn't agree but still refuses to move out, I am not kidding on the changing the locks. Pack up her gear yourself if you have to and place the boxes outside and let her know they are there for her.

You could try disconnecting the power/lights in her room (don't do it yourself, have an electrician help you). Remove anything and everything you pay for.
