I am just getting the hang of it. With my first son i gave up fairly quickly i did not last a week just breastfeeding but i kept breastfeeding along with formula feeding for 2 months. With my daughter i'd like to brastfeed her longer... Any tips on what to eat to increase the milk lr making the milk i have more filling and nutricious for her. Also what do i do to make the soreness go away faster?

Drink lots of water - and don't give up! I hated the first 6-8weeks and now 2years later I'm still breastfeeding my youngest daughter!
Expect your supply to even out and you will worry that you're not producing enough ---- you are, it just feels like you're not! Also if your daughter seems to be hungry all the time it's not because your milk isn't enough for her - it's because boobie-milk digests quicker than formula. Feed her whenever she wants - on demand - you'll have days where you feel like a milkbar and your boobs don't belong to you anymore.... but go with it :)
Good luck - proud of you xox

Thank you i will try that. Today i have been drinking lots of water because i notice i barely drink any even when im thirsty im so busy with my two babies that i learned to ignore the thirst and she seems happier today. :) at this time yesterday she was hysterical crying for milk , today shes knocked out! i guess the water did the trick!
