Any de-facto home made methods to Pelvic pain in pregnancy: Symphysis pubis dysfunction?

I had a terrible time with that. I will try to find you the link to the baby belly band that I had to use. It really helped a lot, and the store brand ones are crap. They don't last long, nor work as well.
Simple things you can do to prevent pain, always sit with your knees together. In bed when rolling over, knees together. Try to avoid sitting on hard surfaces. Never sit with your legs apart. I was diagnosed with it around 5 months, but had it since about 3 months. It sucked.
Also, do NOT deliver on your back. Make sure your doctor or midwife knows this. You can deliver on your side, or really any other way than your back. That can cause permanent damage and be a hell of a lot more painful. I deliver on my side.
