Any EP ready to wean?

I have Exclusively pumped for my nearly 11 month old, quite a dedication I know. It was hard in the beginning because we really tried and worked hard to get him to latch and it was only making everyone more frustrated, so I decided to just Pump!! I never felt my supply was in jeopardy, also it gave everyone a chance to feed the baby.

My question is this, I only plan to give him expressed milk untill he is a year old. Actually, i have frozen milk that will last probably a little longer than that, but I would like to stop pumping at 12 months. I have been trying to wean my self down, recently went from pumping 4 times a day to 3 times, but I am still getting the same amount of milk, wether I pump 3 or 4 times. I know this is a good thing and I do not want to run out or dry up before he turns a year, but I can I get myself weaned off? What are the secrets, tips and trades. I don't feel engorged during the day, but I do at night, that is pumping before bed at 10 pm and when I wake at 8-9 on the weekend. I feel the magic number is 7-8 hours before I start to feel engorged. My baby is eating more solid foods and I feel I am having to freeze about 6-8 oz a day, but this could go on forever. I am looking forward to getting my free time back, although I know I have given my babe the best possible thing out there. I know my situation was not ideal, but i am proud to say I did it. :) I just need to know how to transition...

I quit altogether, it got exhausting and was really hard for my nipples (very sore) and were inverted ones too. There are tons of moms that just dont breastfeed but use the breats pump or bottle feed...
