Yup! My 2 oldest are 4, 3, & third son is 1. My oldest was born May 2008, 2nd June 2009, & 3rd April 2011!!! It was really hard with the 2 oldest, but it gets easier. They do fight, but they also love & defend each other oh & there's a secret language that even the 3rd one is learning ... that's the annoying part when I'm not too happy that's what they do & giggle!!! But they are such a blast. Never imagined my life with one son & now we have 3! I am so girly, but I wouldn't change it for the world!

Oh, Yes. I have three kids and the spread between them each is 16 1/2 months apart. Boy, girl, boy, my youngest is 5 months and oldest just turned 3 in November. Life is crazy but fun and they are all so close. my daughter is the glue that holds the boys together. Love it!!!

I have an 11 month old and I am 34 weeks pregnant.  My oldest's due date was April 3, 2008 and this one is April 5, 2008.  My daughter was born 3 weeks early so it will be interesting to see if this one is early, on time, or late.  We wanted our children close (about 1 year to 1 1/2 years) and since it took a year to get pregnant with my daughter so we started trying and it took one try.  I know it will be difficult, but I took care of twins so I'm not too worried and I can't wait!

My two oldest are 13 months apart and my third is 21 months younger then my middle. It was hard at first to have three under three but now it is the greatest thing ever. The last one grew up alot faster then the others. They all enjoy the same toys and videos etc. I love having them this close cause I can experience their childhood with them together. lol It is lots of fun now... Best of luck to you and your irish twins!!

Yes my oldest two children are 11 months apart. and My youngest two are 22 months apart. There are days I love that my older two are close in age because they do enjoy many of the same things, however, they also fight horribly. LOL.

Ahhh yes! My DS and DD are 16 months apart. Tried for 2 years with the first and wasn't trying, but not using protection either, when I became prego with my DD 3 months later! I had a tougher time with the 2nd baby physically. I also had a lot of guilt issues and difficulty early on with the 2 babies. BUT, it truly does get easier! They share a lot of the same interests and play well together now. Yea, they still fight and tease eachother like brother and sister, but I think there's a special bond being so close in age.

Still, not sure I'd choose to go through the early years again. LOL I now have an 8 month old and DD is now 4 and my DS just turned 6

Are you contemplating having babies close together, or are you dealing with the stress of already having Irish twins?

My two daughters are 12 months and a week apart. Yes I know that is not good for my body. But do not believe the doctors when they say that u can not get prego when breastfeeding because u can. It was a little hard at first but now that they are older it is a lot easier. I am glad though that we waited to have our son 3 years later and not have two in diapers two on bottles and two of everything.

We call our last 2 boys Irish Twins..... they are 21 months to the day a part! I know some people plan their kids closer than that..... not me! that was as close as I want kids to be...... My oldest was almost 12 when the last baby was born.
